These terms explain the rules for using our WhatsApp automation platform. They are written in plain language, cover both the website and the product, and may be updated as the product grows.
These terms are an agreement between Aim Infosoft ("we", "us") and the business that opens a workspace ("you"). "Workspace" means your account and everything inside it; "contacts" are the people you message; "channels" are the WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger connections you link. By creating an account, inviting a user, or sending a message through the platform, you accept these terms on behalf of your business.
02
Accounts and team access
You are responsible for who you invite into your workspace and what permissions you grant them. Every user must enable two-factor authentication, and credentials must not be shared between people. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised so we can help you lock it down.
03
Acceptable use
Use the platform only for lawful business communication, with customer consent where required, and in line with Meta WhatsApp Business policies. Spam, fraud, harassment, and misleading messages are not allowed.
04
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for your contacts, message content, templates, offers, data imports, team access, and compliance with laws that apply to your business and audience.
05
Service access
Features may depend on Meta API availability, template approval, account quality, plan limits, and third-party integrations. We work to keep the service reliable, but no online service can be guaranteed uninterrupted.
06
Billing and plans
Paid plans, usage limits, taxes, and renewal details are shared during signup or onboarding. Plan changes may affect available features, message volume, users, and support scope.
07
Consent and opt-out
You must have a lawful basis and, where WhatsApp requires it, prior opt-in before messaging a contact, and you must keep a record of it. Honour opt-outs promptly: stop sending to anyone who asks to stop, and do not message them again on a new number or template. Repeated policy breaches, low quality ratings or blocks can get your number restricted by Meta.
08
Meta platform terms
Use of the WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger channels is additionally governed by Meta's own terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy and the Meta Platform Terms. Where those rules are stricter than these terms, they apply. Data received through those channels may be used only to serve the people you are messaging.
09
Your data and ours
You keep ownership of your contacts, message content and workspace configuration. We process them to run the service as described in the Privacy Policy, and you can export or delete them — see the data deletion page. We own the platform itself: the software, interface and documentation.
10
Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, unlawful use, spam or fraud, security risk, or breach of Meta policies — immediately where the risk is serious, otherwise after notice and a chance to fix it. On termination, data is deleted on the schedule set out in the Privacy Policy.
11
Liability
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12
Third-party services
Integrations you switch on — Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Sheets, Snapchat, payment providers, or an AI provider — are governed by their own terms and are used at your discretion. We pass only the data needed for the integration to work, and we are not responsible for how a third-party service you connect handles it or for outages on their side.
13
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you are based. Before starting formal proceedings, write to us at info@aiminfosoft.com so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
14
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product changes; material changes are announced in the app before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it was last revised. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions go to info@aiminfosoft.com, Aim Infosoft.
