AI Content Assistant
Draft broadcast copy, template wording and inbox replies in a click.
What it does
The AI content assistant helps you write faster. Where you compose a message, a button offers to draft the text for you. You stay in control: the AI writes a draft, and you read and edit it before anything is sent.
Where you'll find it
| Where | Button | What you give it |
|---|---|---|
| Send a Broadcast | โจ Generate with AI | A short description of the message (for example "20% off, ends Sunday") and, if you like, a tone. |
| Message Templates | โจ Generate body with AI | What the template is for. The draft follows the category you picked, which helps it get approved. |
| WhatsApp Chats | Draft with AI | Nothing. It reads the conversation and suggests a reply. |
How to use it
- Click the button on the screen you're working on.
- Type a short brief, or let it read the conversation.
- Read the suggestion, adjust the wording, and use it when you're happy.
Setting your brand voice
Under Setup โ AI Assistant you can describe your brand's tone, so drafts sound like your business and not like a generic assistant.
Good to know
- Nothing is sent automatically from these buttons. The AI only ever gives you a draft to approve.
- Always give a draft a quick read for tone and accuracy, especially prices, dates and names.
- It's a good way to get past a blank page, and it helps keep one consistent voice across your team.
Treat the assistant as a co-writer, not an autopilot. It gets you most of the way in seconds, and you add the finishing touches.
