A quick tour of AIM Automate and how the main pieces fit together.
What AIM Automate does
AIM Automate lets your business run WhatsApp properly, from one place. You keep your contacts here, send approved messages to many people at once, answer every chat from a shared team inbox, and set up automations that reply to customers at any hour.
The building blocks

A typical first week
- Connect your WhatsApp number under Setup → WhatsApp Accounts.
- Add your contacts. Import a spreadsheet or add people by hand.
- Put them into segments so you can target the right people.
- Create a template for your first announcement and submit it to Meta.
- Send a broadcast to a small segment as a test.
- Watch WhatsApp Chats for replies and answer them as a team.
- Automate the repetitive parts with a workflow: welcome messages, common questions, follow-ups.
Good to know
- WhatsApp has rules about who you can message and when. Templates are how you stay inside them when you reach out first.
- You can send a free-form message only within 24 hours of a customer's last message. After that, you need an approved template. AIM Automate shows you which one applies, so you don't have to track it yourself.
- Everything in your workspace belongs to your business alone. Your team sees your contacts and conversations, and nobody else's.
